Costs of Recovery - The debtor/s shall pay for all costs actually incurred by Ello’s Electrical in the recovery of any monies owed under this Agreement. You agree to be liable for and indemnify Ello’s Electrical PTY LTD. These costs include recovery agent costs, repossession costs, location search costs, process server costs and solicitor costs on a solicitor/client basis, debt collection commission and legal fees on an indemnity basis.
A call out fee may apply for all emergency urgent repairs outside regular business hours. This fee covers the cost of the technician’s travel and initial assessment of the situation. Emergency repairs are defined as urgent situations that pose a risk to health, safety, or result in significant property damage. Examples include electrical faults, water leaks, and broken heating or cooling systems.
